Chief Executive Officer
Craig has vast experience in the mining industry.
He served a distinguished 32 years with De Beers Consolidated Mines in operational and commercial roles, with his most recent role being that of chief financial officer and as executive director.
Craig is also the chairman of De Beers Pension Fund.
Finance Director
Tanya is the finance director for Bushveld Minerals and has 30 years' experience in international equity and debt capital markets, strategy, corporate finance, and audit.
She also has extensive experience in managing publicly listed companies' relationships with financial markets.
Prior to joining Bushveld Minerals, Tanya spent nine years at dual-listed Lonmin Plc. as executive vice president of corporate strategy, investor relations, and corporate communication. In this role she helped to steer Lonmin’s return to profitability in 2018 and led the all-share transaction with Sibanye-Stillwater.
Tanya was also an executive director at Smith’s Corporate Advisory in London and vice-president of corporate finance at JP Morgan Cazenove.

Michael spent over 30 years with Citigroup as UK Head for 10 years, before retiring in 2008.
His subsequent multiple listed company non-executive board roles include Kidde plc, Circle Holdings plc (chair), AngloGold Ashanti Ltd and Eros International plc. NED of UK Financial Investments Ltd (UK government entity) and deputy chair of Price Waterhouse Coopers advisory board.
His current roles include being chair of Ondra LLP, NED of AngloGold Ashanti Holdings plc, and Verita Healthcare Group.
Other prominent positions include being president of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, chair of British-American Business, and deputy chair of British Bankers Association.

David is highly regarded in the South African and global business circles, and has years of experience both as an executive and more recently as board member on several prominent companies – including Royal Bafokeng Platinum Ltd, Harmony Gold Mining Company Ltd, AstraPak (Pty) Ltd, and Platistone Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
He is currently a non-executive director at inter alia African Rainbow Minerals and Tongaat Hulett, as well as a lead advisor at his consultancy company, ESG Advisory Ltd. He is also the chairman of the council of the University of the Free State.
His career included senior roles at General Electric Company, Pepsi Cola International, South African Breweries (Pty) Ltd, De Beers Group, and most recently held the position of executive vice president at AngloGold Ashanti until March 2019.

Kevin’s business career has been focused on financial services, management consulting and technology.
Previously, he successfully founded an asset management consultancy business, which was later sold to a London-listed company, where he went on to become the CEO. Over the past dozen years, Kevin has held and continues to be active in various NED roles, including board positions at a number of prominent asset management and outsource services companies in the UK and Southern Africa.
He also actively manages a portfolio of private equity investments.

Mirco is a former EY Assurance partner, who led audits in the natural resources sector, and advised organisations on a range of assurance and governance services.
As a chartered accountant with over 25 years of experience in this field, he led EY’s assurance services in the mining and metals sector with extensive experience – operating across borders and cultural divides.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in mentorship programmes, diversity and inclusiveness initiatives, as well as other aspects of the people agenda.

CEO: Bushveld Energy
Mikhail has been the CEO and co-founder of Bushveld Energy since 2015.
He has over 15 years' international business experience in energy and finance.
Mikhail was previously with McKinsey & Company in Moscow and Johannesburg for seven years, where he was advising national governments, utilities and manufacturers on growth strategy and policy, and leading operational turnarounds in the energy sector.
He has also worked as a portfolio manager at Sovereign Bank, USA (now Santander Bank).
Mikhail is also the chairman of the Board of the South African Energy Storage Association and the Chair of the Energy Storage Committee, Vanitec (the global association of vanadium producers).
CEO: Lemur Holdings
Prince is the CEO of Lemur Holdings. He has over 16 years' experience developing energy and mining projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.
He started his career in oil, gas and petrochemicals in the USA and has worked in Zambia, South Africa, India and Singapore for companies, including Shell Oil, Total Petrochemicals, Eskom, and Tata Power.
Prince also has experience in commodity trading, specialising in domestic and seaborne coal.
He was involved in the development and financial close of a 120 MW hydro-electric project in Zambia, as well as two wind farm projects (235 MW) in South Africa.
Prince has served on the Boards of Cennergi, and the Tsitsikamma and Amakhala Wind Projects.
Group Executive: Legal & Compliance
Viki is the legal and compliance executive at Bushveld Minerals.
She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa since 2004, and an admitted notary and conveyancer since 2012.
She has 19 years of transactional advisory, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial law experience.
She has been the legal advisor to the Bushveld Minerals Group since 2007.
Group Executive: Corporate Affairs & Sustainability
Sibu is the corporate affairs and sustainability executive at Bushveld Minerals.
She has over 15 years’ experience in corporate communications, gained in South Africa and abroad.
She began her career in mining, having spent just over nine years at De Beers Group of Companies, with her last role there being that of group internal communications manager, as part of the London team.
She has also worked in corporate communications for Suntory (a global beverages company) and Naspers across different regions including Africa, Middle East, and the Caribbean and at the Naspers / Prosus Amsterdam head office.
Prior to joining Bushveld Minerals, Sibu was the executive manager for corporate communications and reputation management at Transnet Freight Rail.
Group Executive: Operations
Lucas is the operations executive at Bushveld Minerals.
He is a seasoned metallurgical engineer with over 25 years operational roles.
Lucas held senior operational roles at Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and South32, where he was exposed to different commodities, including aluminium, manganese and coal.
Prior to joined joining Bushveld Minerals, he held the position of vice president: Manganese South Africa.
He has been involved in establishing systems, business optimisation, restructuring, and divestments.
